The Dryden Youth Commission serves as an advisory group to the Town and consists of 7 members representing the 3 participating municipalities. Three members represent the Town of Dryden and serve staggered 3-year terms. Two members each represent the Villages of Dryden and Freeville and serve staggered two-year terms. All terms end Dec. 31. The Commission assesses the needs of youth and supports programs to meet these needs, using funds from the Town, County and State.

The Dryden Youth Commission meets once a month in the evening with an occasional extra meeting. Meetings are open to the public. We are especially interested in the active participation of young people. Their by-laws can be downloaded here.
