2. Progress on future INHS collaboration (strongly recommended by Stephanie Galvin-Riley and Marjorie McAllister). Contact/feedback from de la Garza? Our thoughts on long-term relation with INHS—objectives, component projects, town support? Procedure for county funding  to prepare full proposal?
3. Report on Oct. INHS workshop on MH financing for purchase or rehab.  Includes new MH replacement options and different perspective on MHP owner involvement.
4. NYS HOME “waiting list” a good idea? How to compile and would it include MH’s not in parks where $170,000 may go further.
5. Town lands: housing aside, can recreation fields and parking fit on 6-7 acres (Martha’s question)? Access road to Cornelius land included? If not (Loren’s map), is the 25 acre donation agreement still valid? (Leonardo, can you get a copy of the agreement?)
